Physiotec Rehabilitation Exercise
With Physiotec, you have access to your home exercise programs online through your smart phone, electronic tablet or computer. It’s easy for you to play a video of each exercise, see the numbers of sets and repetitions, as well as written instructions.

During your Clinical Biomechanical Consultation one of the pathways available to your Clinical Biomechanical specialist is the design of a home exercise program for you should they feel that this would be appropriate to alleviate your symptoms. You can have a printed version of your exercises or receive a customized email.
